The Many Daughters from Creatures Docking Station

The greatest news from Creatures Docking Station came from Seyon, who had been around since the first generation. After actually observing her, I realized that she was blocked from traveling to the west, due to an issue with the columns in the temple. Does something look different about her in this photo? Suffice to say Gontor was fascinated with the new female, and Seyon found herself a mother-to-be, at long last! Being held up in the air for such a long time didn’t appear to affect her all that much.

I was surprised to see Seyon disappear from the vicinity of the alpha couple. However, she found the temple area much more homey in her mind. I imagined the temperature was probably warmer for a Magma Norn. She did an excellent job of hiding her two eggs: I had to look carefully near the pianola to find them. I was thrilled that Seyon finally had her chance. It was sad to export her, since she was such a prominent Norn in Albia. At least I could hope that she would live on through her children: I just needed luck on my side for at least one female! Perhaps Seyon could even be remembered through two daughters.

Meanwhile, Gontor and Iollis had added two more children to their family. Endiala and Bithie could not have looked more different, but they were sisters! They would only live out their young life with the other females, and faced exportation before the next alpha couple would be chosen. I’ve mentioned an adoption event in the past, and it’s still on its way! The details should be worked out next week, or possibly sooner. I hope to have a little more of an exciting event than just a simple adoption, though. We’ll see what happens when that announcement comes!

After a bit of crackling, out popped a beautiful daughter from Seyon! She had inherited most of her mother’s appearance genes, and I could not have been more excited. Seyon would have a great chance of living on through her daughter. Zeera was quite the inquisitive young Norn, and I quickly moved her to the Norn Meso before she could crawl off to explore the rest of C1toDS. I wondered if Zeera might become the next alpha female when she was older: It certainly would make up for Seyon’s missed opportunity when she was younger. It was all up to chance, though, and fate would be the ultimate decision maker.

Amazingly, the second egg popped open to reveal another female named Hintiva! Although the chances for identical siblings was set fairly low, it was pretty obvious that Seyon’s two daughters were identical twins. Thank goodness for Amaikokonut’s Nametags, which would always help distinguish the two! Hintiva seemed a tad bit more cautious than her sister, although her nose and eyes were always taking in the new sights and smells of the world. There was so much around, and it was difficult for a Norn to focus on just one thing!

Gontor and Iollis were out of character pretty soon, as they completely ignored one another and refused to kisspop. Instead, they stuffed their mouths with anything edible and slept to their heart’s content. It wasn’t just a couple of meals, either: A constant chewing sound reverberated throughout Creatures Docking Station! I thought that perhaps the four young males would be the only ones to attempt the alpha male succession test. It was not a small number, although I looked forward to more competition. The food was, however, tantalizing!
