Creatures Activities and Creativity Guide

Postby Jessica » Sun Jun 12, 2016 7:52 am

Overview

The Creatures community is one very creative group of individuals, and this section of the forum is designed to share that! This can encompass a wide variety of topics, though, and posts can include the following:

  • Creatures Contests
  • Creatures Roleplays
  • Fanart Related to Creatures
  • Forum Wolfling Runs
  • Literature or Writing About Creatures
  • Other Community Activities
There are many other subjects that fit in with this category, though. If you think a topic illustrates creativity and/or involves a community activity in some way, please feel free to post away! We would love to see what you can think up and create!

Posting and Hosting Guidelines

As with other areas of the forum, please be sure to follow all of the existing rules, particularly regarding appropriate content. Hosting a contest or forum wolfling run can be a whole lot of fun, and we encourage anyone to jump right in! There are a lot of options, though, and often it's easier for members to enter or participate when all of the details are given up front. If you would like to host an activity, keep the following questions in mind:

  • Are there any limitations or restrictions on the entries?
  • How can someone enter or participate? Should entries be posted in the topic or sent some other way?
  • What are the rules for entering and/or participating?
  • When are the important deadlines and/or general dates?
  • Who are the people involved, such as the organizer and/or judges?
  • Why would someone want to enter? Is there a prize involved?
As with other areas of the forum, it helps to provide as many details as possible, particularly for activities! Artwork, literature, and other forms of creative expression can stand on their own, but please be sure to use the following guidelines if they apply:

  1. Include [C1], [C2], [C3], [C3/DS], [CV], or [DS] to designate a topic for a specific game.
  2. Use a language indicator for topics not written in English, such as [DE] or [FR].
