Another Look at the Sixth Generation Norns of C3/DS
Written onCatch up on the latest action in Creatures Docking Station! I was pleasantly surprised by a relatively quiet group of Norns, though the slapping certainly was not limited. Find out which Norns became the next alpha couple! Amazingly, this marks the beginning of the seventh generation. It’s interesting how this world concept has evolved over time to become something I truly enjoy. Though it is a little more on the documentary side than the narrative side, I hope this series of Creatures videos has been interesting! Enjoy!
Another Generation of Creatures Docking Station Norns

Welp, so much for variety in appearance. Hopefully Wyelth leaves behind some female descendants.
Also, you might want to use elevines again – the Biodome lifts lack pull scripts, meaning that you might have norns getting themselves stuck on the higher levels with no way to get down.
Anyway, it’s nice to see a C3/DS video after all the C1 and C4 stuff (the former was still interesting, though). *Insert “Can’t wait to see what’s next” comment here*
I’m banking on Wyelth passing along her genes! Luckily, I’ll have another first generation Norn introduced with the upcoming generation to try to keep the appearances a little more varied. I still can’t believe how alike everyone became in the matter of a generation or two!
Elevines are at the top of my list of things to add: I’ve noticed that the lifts can be a little strange, though they’re not too terrible! Was this something that was fixed in Liam’s latest update? Elevines seem to be much easier to use, though. Thanks for the tip!
And thanks for the comments! I got a little engrossed in Creatures 4, and then felt like I had neglected my Creatures 1 Norns. I’m hoping to get back to a better balance in the coming weeks… Though part of me is also considering starting up a Creatures 2 world, among all of my other projects. As I always say, there’s never a dull moment when it comes to Creatures!
Bwah! =>w<= Your Norns are sooo CUTE! I love these videos, seriously. I’m not sure why but I seem to get attached to other people’s pets as much as my own. Or maybe it’s just their awesome hair. I like the Hardman hairstyles. X3
Good luck Alpha Couple…and everyone else. I hope there are lots of happy and healthy babies around soon! Also, I think the mini dislike event was because one of the females were hitting Wyelth and taking their anger out on her, so that’s understandable she didn’t like it. Poor girl. XD
Oh, I am thinking of starting a new world solely to adopt and take care of Norns that a)need new homes and can’t stay in their owner’s world or b) are special needs. I’ll go and take a peek at CreatureLink once I have this new world all set up for them. <3
Aww, thank you! I love following along with other people’s creatures, too, and I’m glad you like these guys! Wyelth certainly had to deal with lots of slaps… I think she was at a disadvantage because she doesn’t have any Hardman Norn genes, while pretty much everyone else has some of these more aggressive genes.
Definitely have a look at CreatureLink! Most of the Norns there have been looking for homes for a long time, so I certainly won’t be picky and hold you back from adopting as many as you like! I’m actually planning on letting any leftovers live out their lives if they’re not adopted within the next week or two. That world is a great idea!
I noticed the Dummy Portal in the world, although I don’t think it got much use this round! :) Have you been finding it useful? Congratulations on getting this far in your world!
The world is all set up now so I’ll go and have a look at some of your lovelies for sure. =^w^= If it’s okay, I’ll probably adopt a fair few.
Malkin: I knew I forgot to mention something! It didn’t get much action here, though I have seen some Norns seek it out and thoroughly enjoy it. It’s a great addition to the world! Definitely something I should have used from the very beginning!
SpringRain: Sounds great! The more Norns that get adopted from CreatureLink, the more new ones I can add! I received your request, so you should have them all sometime tomorrow. Thanks!
Ooh, more chatter on a C2 world! (I actually read the C2 genetics stuff before I started reading this one, basically, I started with the smaller sections and worked my way up;)
Whoot, new Alpha Couple! Though it’s unfortunate that it wasn’t the new female who got the job. If only one of those Gen 1 females could be lucky enough to fill the post, your population should take a turn for the more diverse once her son starts doing his job as the next Alpha!
As always, pleasure reading these tales.
