Reunited Memories in Albia
Written onWhen poor Adaon was last the center of attention, he was in a rather depressed state. Astrapia, his best friend, had left him in search of an opportunity to continue growing her family. I worried that my Grendel was falling into a deep sadness that he might never escape from. As fate would have it, he found himself in the music room again. The harp and drum had been his only friends when he was just a baby Grendel, and it took him only a moment to fall in love with the drum again. Never did Albia hear such music! It might have sounded like random banging, but Adaon knew it as the sound of happiness.
Niltava still suffered from her odd sleeping spells and constant flinching, as discussed recently. She was rather miserable, but a visitor from the desert island decided to investigate this strange Norn. Cotinga was certainly a world traveler, but she had practically raised Niltava when she was just minutes old. I wasn’t sure if Cotinga recognized Niltava, who had grown up completely without her mother figure. Maybe this stirring up of her first memories would help with the sleeping problems and flinching. Cotinga looked like she was ready to act like a mother again, regardless of how old Niltava was. Do you think she can help? Or is Cotinga doomed forever?
