The Wrath of the Albian Antigens

Another Norn with a Lost Appetite at the Wrong TimeI was far from recovered after the death of Hleengar, but pretty soon there was another Norn who was in desperate need of care. Little Losthrayte entered old age and immediately picked up an illness. How angry Albia must have been with me! It wasn’t that long ago that I nursed Krathlaysi back to health. I thought that Losthrayte might have been a good patient, but she was feeling simply awful! It was at this point that I realized how she, too, suffered from eating forgetfulness. She was willing to pick up a carrot and consider it, yet her fits of coughing made her miserable. Already her life force was dropping quickly, and she seemed to be tied to the same fate as Hleengar.

Antigens and Toxins to Hold a Norn DownThis bacterial infection was a combination of practically everything. Albia decided to throw all it had at Losthrayte, and it was definitely winning. Also present was one of the unknown toxins. I really need to do a more comprehensive study, but I wonder if those four toxins have something to do with the illnesses. Perhaps they’re the actual carriers of the infections? All speculation at this point! I was also presented with a rematch against antigen 2, which was still potentially deadly to Preetar. He was quite far away and out of danger, yet I had to be careful to keep Losthrayte quarantined. The presence of sleep toxin made her fall asleep a bit, but it was actually very dangerous when she had no food in her system. I settled in, ready for another fight to the death with an Albian illness.
