Norn Intelligence and Non Intelligence

Some may remember that Krathlaysi was all sorts of mixed up with her encounter with hootch. That was all in the past, though, and I saw some glimmer of intelligence in her eyes! That is, until I found her hanging around the laburnum plant with the idea that it would make a delicious meal. I took a look at my guide, knowing full well that Krathlaysi would quickly feel a bit under the weather! What a silly Norn… Some display intelligent behavior, but it looked like this one was destined to be dull!

It was left up to Albia’s newest resident, Mayth, to set a good example. He gobbled up a carrot in front of the refrigerator, showing off how easy it was to stick close to an endless food supply! I was rather proud of him for setting aside the honeypot so he could enjoy a rather nutritious meal. If Krathlaysi was the dull one of the bunch, Mayth looked like he was well on his way to being the sharpest! Yet there were still several more eggs to hatch in this generation…
